Refund policy
Our Return Period is 14 Days from the date you receive the purchased item(s). You have a further 14 days to return the item after the return has been initiated. To ensure we received your refunded item(s), please aim to send items back within the first week of the return period.
If the Item(s) is damaged on arrival please let us know by sending an email, photo, and proof of purchase, please email - Festivalstallhelp@gmail.com. If these are not all sent it will delay the process of the refund, please email us if there are any problems.

If your return is accepted, we'll as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and sent back. This does not affect the initial refund time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of it and contact us immediately if the item is, defective, or damaged or if you receive the incorrect item. We do our best to correct this.
Items damaged through wear & tear will not be refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions about this at Festivalstallhelp@gmail.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Underwear and worn undergarments without a hygiene sticker will not be accepted back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
